- 1 avocado
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup natural Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1/4-1/2 cup coconut milk
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
- I use canned coconut milk and I mostly used the thick part.
- I’d say I used closer to a 1/2 cup coconut milk.
- You can top the pudding with cocoa nibs and chopped peanuts.
