In order to be eligible for a refund, the product you received must be broken, ripped, or have any other defect. You must contact us within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
To exchange your Silver Jeans Co items, you must contact us within 14 calendar days of your purchase. We will send you a prepaid label to ship the item back to us if you paid for shipping. If you chose local pick-up, you must return the item at the pickup location where you’ll also receive your new size.
Exchanges and refunds are only applicable for defective products and Silver Jeans Co items.
Tags must not be removed on Jeans to be eligible for a refund.
