- 2 cups flour
- 3 tbsp organic cane sugar
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 2 cups plant-based milk (I’ve used oat, cashew and almond with great results)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Green food colouring if you choose-I don’t usually do this.
- Combine dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients.
- Mix well and let sit 5 mins. These make great waffles or pancakes . They’ve been a huge hit with all humans in this household.
