St Patrick’s Day waffles


  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tbsp organic cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 cups plant-based milk (I’ve used oat, cashew and almond with great results)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp vanilla


  • Green food colouring if you choose-I don’t usually do this.
  • Combine dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients.  
  • Mix well and let sit 5 mins. These make great waffles or pancakes 🥞. They’ve been a huge hit with all humans in this household. 👍👍
